Mind + Body + Soul = One

It is important to understand the connection between the mind, body, and soul in order to truly know what we need during our wellbeing journey. What we need may look different mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. What the mind experiences it manifests within our body, the body feels, our nervous system gets affected and ultimately it affects our life force (solar plexus), our soul, our spirit.

We are not just our mind, and we are not just our body, we are both, it is one and they both work together to help us understand and experience the world.
